There better be a second book!
How's your project coming?
Umm...when is book two?

I am blown away by the kindness you have shown The Broken Prince in the last couple of months since its birthday in June. Readers have been asking me when I'm going to get another project out there.
And honestly?
I'm terrified.
I've been attempting over and over book two since finishing The Broken Prince in May. These characters mean so much to me. I love Milosh and Serena and to continue there stories, I need to first make sure I can do them justice. They deserve good, solid, art -- not just something thrown together.
And I've put a lot of pressure on myself.
I'm terrified of failing.
You have all been so loving on this last book -- I not only want to give them a good story, but deliver you one as well. I want you to love it as much as I do.
But aside from all that, a second book is coming. It may be a few years, but hopefully not that long. If I dream big enough I see a second book coming your way sometime around this time next year (*internal screaming*) and hopefully before. The second is going to be epic, with battles and plot twists and ghosts coming to haunt Milosh from his past.
This is an even harder one to write because a new character is joining my band and she's a lot like me. We're insecure and awkward (sometimes). We want to prove ourselves but feel we're failing every day. We both wear masks and pretend we're okay when we're not.
And she's a Gifted which is pretty darn awesome...but shh...she hates her Gift and calls it silly and hasn't told anyone. Personally tho I'm a fan of her's...she really wants to kick butt and sometimes she does...but sometimes she really is just setting herself up for failure...because no one is invincible.
So what is this book called exactly?


I'm kinda tired of calling it Broken Prince 2 honestly.
So.
Let's do a little reveal, shall we?

*Drum rolls and fan fare*

We've had the broken prince and now here comes the crownless king...I told you more drama is headed my baby's way.
Because the biggest battles my characters are about to face are going to be mental...not the ones they're going to face on the field.

More details to come in the next month -- I'm still in the first 70+ pages and it's in a very, very, rough draft. BUTTT it's a start and that's always something. I will have some collages and playlists and some goodies headed your way sometime soon but just announcing it for now is enough.
So for all of those who have asked -- it's coming.
